U.S. Tax Senior

We are looking for a U.S. tax practitioner who has significant experience in Canada-United States cross-border tax services, primarily in the personal (Expatriate) field. The ideal candidate will have either a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant designation or a U.S. Certified Public Accountant designation (or both). Cadesky U.S. Tax Ltd. is experiencing significant growth and is need of an individual who is willing to grow with the practice.

The ideal candidate must have strong compliance skills in addition to a working knowledge of both the Canadian Income Tax Act and the U.S. Internal Revenue Code and must be capable of doing independent research, where appropriate. Candidates need to have at least a preliminary knowledge of subpart F issues, Controlled Foreign Corporation issues, Passive Foreign Investment Company issues, etc.

The successful candidate must have strong inter-personal skills and must be willing to work with clients directly. As such, the successful candidate must be proficient in English with strong written and verbal skills.

The successful candidate will be trained in tax through our in-house training program, seminars, on the job training and attendance at our annual conference of the Tax Specialist Group. A comprehensive training program will be developed which will involve outside courses, where appropriate, in addition to the Firm’s comprehensive in-house training.

Transfer Pricing Manager
